  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin planning your trip. This secures your spot and covers the initial research and customization process. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your package.

  • The base price is $600 to $1,100 depending on duration + $200 per tour day. This covers the expert-guided tour and driver, and a customized itinerary tailored to your interests.

  • The following expenses are not included in the base price and are covered by the client: Tour operator flight and hotel, hotel accommodations, rental car, flights, food, souvenirs, attraction tickets.

  • I accept all available payment methods through PayPal. Fees may apply. Payment plans may be available upon request.

  • Because each trip is custom-planned, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Other cancellation fees depend on the bookings made. Travel insurance is required.

  • Yes! Minor changes can be made before your trip. However, last-minute adjustments may be subject to additional fees.

  • Yes—any verified nonprofit or charitable organization is welcome. If you're not sure who to choose, I can suggest ones that I already support.

  • Absolutely. I’ll share proof of donation (such as a receipt or confirmation email) after the contribution is made in your honor.

  • This refers to the net earnings from your booking after expenses. It’s not 10% of the total trip cost, but rather 10% of what the business earns from curating your experience.

  • The discount is available to U.S. active duty military and veterans. If you're booking a trip for someone else who qualifies, let me know and we’ll extend the discount to them.

  • Simply let me know at the time of booking and provide basic documentation or ID verification. I’ll apply the discount to your final invoice or package pricing.
