Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin planning your trip. This secures your spot and covers the initial research and customization process. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your package.

The base price is $600 to $1,100 depending on duration + $200 per tour day. This covers the expert-guided tour and driver, and a customized itinerary tailored to your interests.

The following expenses are not included in the base price and are covered by the client: Tour operator flight and hotel, hotel accommodations, rental car, flights, food, souvenirs, attraction tickets.

This refers to the net earnings from your booking after expenses. It’s not 10% of the total trip cost, but rather 10% of what the business earns from curating your experience.
